Every country has a (multi)cultural footprint. And, travel encourages open-mindedness about exploring these cultural footprints.
Travel lets us experience new cultures – sometimes similar, and at times not at all familiar to our own. Through travel, we observe traditions, experience history, taste new cuisines, take in art forms, and appreciate alternative perceptions of life.
How do we assimilate – even if briefly – while exploring somewhere new during our travels?
About Culture with Travel
On this community blog, we dig deeper at that concept of assimilation, or cultural immersion. We highlight what makes other cultures unique and different but also look at similarities that bind us all in the human experience.
– We share stories and lessons learned by travelers in foreign cultures, and give them a voice to share their recommendations, too.
– In our interviews with Storytellers, travelers share about their own cultures at home, and what travel has further taught them about our world.
– Through conversations with Travelpreneurs, we hear about the interesting endeavors they’ve launched in the world of travel.
